At HVAC Charlotte Pro, referrals are one of the highest compliments we can receive. We appreciate customers who recommend our services to friends, family members, neighbors, coworkers, and business associates. This Referral Policy explains how our referral program operates, who is eligible to participate, and how rewards are earned and redeemed.

Referral Rewards

Customers who successfully refer a new customer to HVAC Charlotte Pro are eligible to receive a $60 service credit toward a future invoice.

The newly referred customer will receive 6% off their first completed service, up to a maximum discount value of $199.

There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer may make, provided all referrals comply with this policy.

Qualifying Services

Referral rewards become eligible once the referred customer completes and fully pays for a qualifying service provided by HVAC Charlotte Pro.

Qualifying services may include HVAC system installations, air conditioning installations, furnace replacements, heat pump installations, ductless mini-split systems, HVAC repairs, emergency HVAC services, indoor air quality solutions, preventive maintenance services, maintenance plan enrollments, and other qualifying HVAC services as determined by HVAC Charlotte Pro.

Diagnostic-only visits, inspections, consultation-only appointments, estimates, and services that are canceled or unpaid do not qualify for referral rewards.

How to Submit a Referral

To qualify for referral rewards, the referred customer should provide the referring customer’s full name when scheduling their first appointment through www.hvaccharlottepro.com or by contacting our office.

Alternatively, the referring customer may contact us at info@hvaccharlottepro.com and provide the referred individual’s name and contact information before the referred customer’s first service appointment.

Referrals must be submitted before or at the time of the referred customer’s initial service booking. Referrals submitted after service completion may not be eligible for rewards.

Reward Issuance and Redemption

Referral rewards are generally issued within 14 days after the referred customer’s qualifying service has been completed and fully paid.

The $60 referral credit will be applied to the referring customer’s account and may be used toward future eligible services provided by HVAC Charlotte Pro.

Referral credits remain valid for 12 months from the date they are issued unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.

Referral rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers unless expressly approved by HVAC Charlotte Pro.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the referral program, the referred customer must be a new customer who has not received services from HVAC Charlotte Pro within the previous 24 months.

Self-referrals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Both the referring customer and referred customer must maintain accounts in good standing with no outstanding unpaid balances.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, marketing partners, and immediate family members of HVAC Charlotte Pro may be excluded from participation at our discretion.

Program Integrity

HVAC Charlotte Pro reserves the right to review and verify all referral submissions.

Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, misrepresent, or fraudulently participate in the referral program may result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, suspension from future participation, and any other action deemed appropriate by HVAC Charlotte Pro.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice, provided that earned rewards already issued will generally remain valid according to this policy.

Commercial and Property Management Referrals

Property managers, homeowners’ association representatives, facility managers, real estate professionals, and commercial clients who regularly refer customers to HVAC Charlotte Pro may be eligible for enhanced partnership opportunities, volume-based incentives, or priority scheduling programs.

Changes to This Referral Policy

HVAC Charlotte Pro may revise this Referral Policy from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, promotional programs, legal requirements, or customer offerings.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the referral program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
