By scheduling, receiving, or paying for services, or by accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
HVAC Charlotte Pro provides residential and commercial HVAC, heating, cooling, air conditioning, heat pump, indoor air quality, maintenance, repair, and installation services throughout Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.
Services are performed by licensed, insured, and background-checked technicians where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to decline service at any location or to any customer at our sole discretion.
All services will be clearly described, scoped, and priced before work begins.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointment windows are time estimates. We make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled window.
Customers must ensure safe, unobstructed access to all service areas and equipment.
If access is unavailable upon technician arrival, a service call fee may be charged.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to technician availability, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
Emergency HVAC services may be available and dispatched on a priority basis, subject to technician availability.
3. Pricing, Quotes & Payment
All pricing is presented upfront before work begins. No hidden fees.
Free estimates may be provided for qualifying installations and system replacements.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Accepted payment methods may include major credit/debit cards, checks, cash, and approved financing options.
Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month where permitted by law.
Returned or dishonored checks may incur a $35 returned check fee.
4. Permits & Code Compliance
Where required by the City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, or applicable North Carolina codes and regulations, HVAC Charlotte Pro will obtain necessary permits for qualifying installation and replacement work. Permit fees may be passed to the customer at cost. All work is performed in accordance with applicable building, mechanical, electrical, and safety codes.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property and work areas.
Disclose known hazards prior to service, including asbestos, mold, gas leaks, structural issues, water damage, or unsafe conditions.
Ensure an authorized adult (18 years of age or older) is present during the service visit.
Follow manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules to help preserve equipment performance and applicable warranty coverage.
Notify us promptly of any concerns during or immediately after service completion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under North Carolina law, HVAC Charlotte Pro’s total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HVAC Charlotte Pro, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, breach of these Terms, or failure to disclose known property hazards.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on www.hvaccharlottepro.com, including text, images, logos, service descriptions, graphics, and blog articles, is the intellectual property of HVAC Charlotte Pro and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless both parties agree otherwise.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
